Was in Chester, and my Mum had her craving for bubble tea. We ordered a brown sugar bubble tea with coconut jelly, but an accident happened when we were trying to insert the straw into the cup. After numerous tries, the last attempt broke the entire container and the bubble tea splashed everywhere. They were very nice about it, and even gave us a replacement cup at no charge, and cleaned up the place promptly with a smile. Thank you so much for the great service, and our apologies for messing up the place And the brown sugar bubble tea with coconut jelly was great. Would order again!

Had a few drinks - Hong Kong style milk tea, Classic Milk tea, Taro and Kinder Bueno milk tea. They all taste really good! Highly recommend. Except for the pearls being a little bit too hard. But cute bubble tea place and staff were all lovely

Great, little bubble tea place in the centre of Chester. Really enjoyed my tea. They have vegan options (I had raspberry oat milk tea with lychee bubbles) but they're not shown on the menu so you have to ask at the counter.
